Access to Justice

We promote inclusive mechanisms so that everyone can exercise their rights without obstacles.

Access to justice is a fundamental human right essential to the consolidation of the rule of law and human development. It entails the availability, use, and access (both physical and legal) to the tools and mechanisms necessary to ensure that rights are recognized and protected, thereby enabling the peaceful and effective resolution of individual or collective conflicts. Access to justice requires an effective judicial system that functions fairly and equitably for all people.
